We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- With tags and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
You may use the carrier of your choice to return the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Kada Apparel is not responsible for lost or untracked returns.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@kadaapparel.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
We strongly recommend reviewing sizing and product details before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or product, the fastest way is to:
- Request a return (if eligible)
- Place a new order
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, you may choose:
- A refund to your original payment method
or - A replacement item
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must meet the same return conditions:
